Silver Shield® BioGuard Hand & Body Cream combines the protecting power of Silver Shield with the moisturizing goodness of natural coconut oil and the hydrating, skin-plumping benefits of hyaluronic acid.
Together these ingredients protect the skin’s barrier and help restore hydration, elasticity and glow.
But how? Each ingredient does its vital part for skin support:
Silver Shield®
Silver Shield® protects the outer-most layers of skin. It provides safe, powerful, purifying skin protection. Studies show that silver nano-particles can anchor to the cell wall of bacteria and consequently infiltrate it. This action will cause physical changes or damage in the bacterial membrane, which is harmful to the bacteria. Silver Shield® provides 20 ppm of pure, ultra-fine silver nano-particles to ensure maximum bioavailability and potency. Silver Shield® is guaranteed safe and non-toxic and poses no risk of heavy metal contamination.
Coconut oil
Coconut oil is one of nature’s oldest moisturizers. Rich in MCTs, coconut oil dates back at least to 1500 BC in Ayurvedic medicine records. Coconut oil is known to be a safe and effective moisturizer that improves skin hydration, provides antioxidant protection, and softens and soothes the skin. Coconut oil improves moisture levels in skin and supports elasticity.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a popular ingredient in skincare products and has been used for over 50 years in clinical dermatology. Vitamin E penetrates skin cells and layers with moisture. Vitamin E functions as an antioxidant that helps protect skin from the effects of sun damage by scavenging free radicals—such damage can contribute to the appearance of skin wrinkles and prematurely aged skin. Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid, like vitamin E, is a popular ingredient in many skin care formulations. Hyaluronic acid plays a crucial role in skin support, helping to retain collagen, increase moisture (hydration), and provide elasticity. Hyaluronic acid can help improve skin texture and appearance by supporting collagen and elastin production and by binding water to skin cells, providing all the layers of your skin with valuable, rejuvenating moisture. Glycerin

Plus, glycerin can help heal wounds, reduce skin irritation, and improve the appearance of dry, rough skin.
