Only downfall is if you don't take it daily, you can't really tell a difference in hair growth, but I usually take 2 a day and that's it and it keeps my hair growing and my nails super strong. Love it overall!

I don't think it is an accident this company begin the year I was born (1972). I have been a recipient of Nature's Sunshine Products since I was in grade school (my father is a loyal customer). I especially love the fact that each bottle comes with a RECOMMENDATION of how to use/take the product. That let me know Nature's Sunshine understands no people are the same. If I need immediate results or want to kick start quicker I use the RECOMMENDED dosage. Once I began to see or get the results I need I transition to a maintenance dosage. HSN-W is an awesome formula. I would definitely recommend it family, friends and even strangers, lol.

Absolutely love these vitamins! They have truly made a difference in my hair and skin! My hair is no longer falling out and has gotten so much thicker and healthier and my skin has changed completely for the better! I love nature's sunshine - I've used them for years and they are definitely an amazing reputable company, and highly recommended by health professionals.I've only been taking this product for 2 weeks and it's definitely not a "quick fix" but I am patient and have confidence. I ordered it for my nails, which are weak and peeling. I haven't seen much change there yet, but that makes sense - it'll only help the new growth, which I won't really see for a few months at least. My complexion has definitely improved - more even and smooth and my hair has definitely grown a little faster in just 2 weeks.Again, this product needs to be used consistently over time to notice a difference but so far so good!

I’ve tried so many things for my hair and nails. My body has issues with absorption of proteins, so nothing really ever helped until I started taking HSN-W. It took a few weeks before I started noticing anything. Then I started noticing my nails first. They started growing and were stronger than they used to be. My hair still is not back to where it used to be, but it has shown much improvement than before I started this product. Plus I’m not as young as I used to be, and don’t expect it to ever go back to my nice thick hair that I was so used to having, but I have noticed a much better improvement since taking this! I’m very well please ;)
