You only have one thyroid... Nourish it!
Thyroid Activator® provides powerful herbal thyroid nourishment to help preserve your body’s delicate hormone balance.
In a world full of chemicals, who wouldn’t want a more natural option for glandular health?
Our Thyroid Activator® formula contains five botanicals and nutrients that synergistically support the glandular system and nourish the thyroid gland with iodine.
Your thyroid, a butterfly-shaped gland located at the base of your neck, is responsible for producing hormones that regulate your body's energy use, along with many other essential functions.
Thyroid hormones affect virtually every system in the body, including metabolism, body temperature, digestion, proper heart and brain function, bone health, muscle strength, and the growth of hair follicles, skin cells and nail beds.
The most common cause of low or sluggish thyroid function is too little iodine in the diet. The iodine content of food depends on the iodine content of the soil. Oceans hold the greatest content of the world’s iodine and therefore, the best dietary sources of iodine include seafood, algae and seaweed.
Iodine is an essential trace mineral that supports glandular function, metabolism and energy levels. Iodine is needed to help regulate body temperature, produce blood cells, and support muscle and nerve functions as well as other bodily operations. Iodine also plays an important role in the growth of hair follicles, skin cells and nail beds. Plus, iodine is required for the synthesis of thyroid hormones T3 and T4 which support metabolic activity and regulate protein synthesis and enzymatic processes.
Thyroid Activator® features spirulina, kelp, parsley, sarsaparilla root, and black walnut hulls to support the glandular system, nourish the thyroid, and provide essential nutrients that may be missing in your diet such as protein, amino acids, minerals, and fatty acids.
Nourish your thyroid gland and support your thyroid hormones with Thyroid Activator® herbal formula.
Spirulina
Spirulina is a super-food, rich in easily absorbed nutrients. Spirulina contains two-and-a-half times more vitamin B12 than liver, is the best botanical source of complete protein available, and contains several antioxidant-rich carotenoids. Spirulina also contains the amino acid tryptophan, which plays a key role in the body's production of serotonin and the regulation of stress, mood and appetite. Plus, spirulina provides iodine and the amino acid tyrosine, which are both crucial for thyroid hormone production.
Kelp
Kelp is a type of brown algae that is naturally rich in trace minerals, including potassium, zinc and iodine. Kelp is regarded as a natural thyroid stimulant that may help boost metabolism by supplying the thyroid gland with iodine and by increasing basal metabolic rate (the speed at which your body burns calories while at rest). Iodine has a direct effect on basal metabolic rate. By supporting healthy iodine levels, kelp may help improve sluggish thyroid function. Kelp also contains large amounts of potassium, and naturally varying amounts of trace minerals, which also contribute to proper glandular function and metabolism.
Black Walnut
Black walnut hulls have been used in folk medicine and by traditional herbalists to support thyroid health, especially in cases of iodine deficiency. Black walnut hulls are high in iodine which is crucial for thyroid hormone production and metabolic function. Black walnut hulls also contain selenium, a trace mineral that is essential for the thyroid gland to produce hormones and function correctly.
Parsley
Parsley is a nutritious herbal source of numerous vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that play a role in various bodily functions, including hormone production and immune system support, which can indirectly impact thyroid health. For example, parsley contains vitamin A, which is vital in converting the inactive thyroid hormone T4 into its active form, T3. Parsley also contains iodine, an essential mineral for thyroid health. Plus, parsley provides iron, a key component of thyroid peroxidase (TPO), an enzyme necessary for synthesizing thyroid hormones.
Sarsaparilla
Sarsaparilla was used historically by some Central and South American cultures for joint discomfort, urinary problems, skin issues, and cough. It was also considered a tonic for promoting youth and sexual vigor. Sarsaparilla root has also been used by traditional herbalists to support healthy glandular and liver function and help eliminate toxins. Sarsaparilla contains several minerals, including selenium, iron and zinc, which support a healthy thyroid gland and aid in the production of thyroid hormones.

Great health supplements are designed with good-for-you ingredients. Like our kelp.
It’s a blend of two different seaweed varieties: Ascophyllum nodosum and Laminaria digitata. Both are rich in nutrients and bioactives.
Our kelp, is wild-harvested by hand in the North Atlantic Ocean. Skilled reapers enter the kelp “forests” in small paddleboats and harvest it using special rakes that allow them to cut off sections of kelp without damaging the plant to ensure sustainability, minimize environmental impact and protect the natural habitat.
Both of our kelp species are certified organic, non-GMO-verified and Kosher.
Take 2 VegCaps with a meal three times daily.
Pregnant or lactating women should consult their health care provider prior to taking this supplement.
