How It Works
CleanStart® Apple-Cinnamon Cleansing Drink Mix:
Psyllium
Psyllium is an excellent source of soluble fiber that increases intestinal bulk to ease the movement of digested food through the gut, promoting normal bowel movements, toxin elimination, and intestinal health. Psyllium also slows the absorption of dietary sugar and may help reduce the amount of dietary cholesterol in the bloodstream. Psyllium has been part of Indian Ayurvedic Medicine for nearly 5,000 years! It grows natively in India and parts of Asia and has been used to support gut health and to aid elimination.
Aloe Vera
Aloe vera nutritionally benefits the intestinal system and is widely used for its ability to soothe and tone bowel tissues when taken internally. Aloe vera acts as an emollient and is soothing to the digestive tract and mucous membranes. Aloe vera is a nutritional storehouse, containing numerous vitamins, minerals and beneficial plant nutrients, including mucopolysaccharides that provide a host of antioxidant and immune benefits.
Chlorophyll
Sodium copper chlorophyllin (chlorophyll) is a water-soluble form of chlorophyll that has been used orally as an internal deodorant for over 50 years. Chlorophyll helps offset odor and counteracts bowel toxins. Chlorophyll supports the body’s natural detox pathways by inducing expression of detoxification and antioxidant enzymes. This unique blend of traditional ingredients from both Eastern and Western practitioners offers powerful support for intestinal health and regularity and helps to enhance and cleanse the liver, gallbladder, urinary tract and other body tissues.
Ingredients
One carton of CleanStart® Apple-Cinnamon includes a 14-day supply of apple-cinnamon flavored drink mix packets and capsule packets to help jumpstart your cleansing and detoxifying program.
Each CleanStart® Apple-Cinnamon drink mix packet contains a proprietary blend of Psyllium hulls, Aloe vera whole leaf, Sodium copper chlorophyllin, Bentonite, Potassium citrate with natural apple-cinnamon flavor, malic acid, silicon dioxide, and stevia leaf extract.
Each capsule pack contains 2 capsules of Lower Bowel Stimulator (formerly LBS II®) and 1 capsule of Enviro-Detox.

Recommended Use
May cause allergic reaction in persons sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
Take the contents of one cleansing drink mix packet 15-30 minutes before breakfast and 15-30 minutes before dinner. Mix cleansing drink mix packet in 8 ounces of juice or water. Shake, blend or stir vigorously. Drink immediately. It is recommended that an additional glass of water be consumed immediately after drink.
Take the contents of 1 capsule packet with breakfast and dinner (twice daily).
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for long-term use.
Warning: Take with at least 250 mL (8 fl. oz.) of liquid. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. May cause allergic reaction in persons sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.
Notice: This product contains cascara sagrada, buckthorn and Turkey rhubarb. Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because cascara sagrada, buckthorn and Turkey rhubarb may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea, or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
