INGREDIENTS

• 1 stick pack of Power Beets
• 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (such as raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries)
• 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1/4 cup sparkling water, chilled
• Mint sprig, for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, combine Power Beets, berries, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

Top with sparkling water and stir gently.

Garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
